POK Construction completed a focused renovation of this extended-stay TownePlace Suites in Pensacola, bringing all 97 rooms and common areas to current Marriott brand standards. New finishes were applied throughout the lobby, seating areas, dining room, fitness facility, public restrooms, and corridors — creating a cohesive, refreshed environment for long-term guests. The project also included new patio and pool furniture and updated lighting in the main seating area, enhancing the property's outdoor appeal.
