The scope encompassed 118 guestrooms, full ADA upgrades, and a complete reimagining of the lobby, restaurant, lounge, and bar — capturing the vibrant energy of the Bankers Alley neighborhood. A standout feature was the installation of a bold new marquee structure with integrated architectural lighting, reinforcing the hotel's position as a landmark destination in Music City.
