Full Interior and Exterior Renovations

One of POK Construction's most complex engagements, this full renovation of the DoubleTree at Disney Springs involved 211 guestrooms and suites, 11 full ADA conversions with MEP and fire protection upgrades, and the addition of 7 new keys with newly built bathrooms. The project also included a complete overhaul of parking ramps and walkways to meet Florida Disability Act and former Reedy Creek regulations, the addition of parking spaces, and exterior landscape improvements. This high-profile Orlando property demanded exceptional coordination given its proximity to Walt Disney World and its continuous operation throughout construction.
