POK Construction executed a comprehensive renovation and partial repositioning of this 149-room Courtyard by Marriott in Gwinnett County, Georgia — one of the Atlanta metro's most active commercial corridors. The project included a full interior overhaul from guestrooms to lobby, bistro, and meeting rooms, as well as a significant exterior upgrade featuring new landscaping, a reimagined entrance with porte-cochere, fire pit and seating area, and an expanded fitness center. Electrical upgrades and ADA improvements brought the property into full compliance with modern standards.
