Full Interior and Exterior Renovations

POK Construction led a large-scale renovation of this 156-room Residence Inn in Dania Beach, just minutes from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. The project included a full overhaul of guestrooms, lobby, meeting rooms, dining areas, and the construction of a brand-new bar with new exterior wall and window. A signature highlight was the installation of pergola and firepit lighting, transforming the outdoor space into an inviting evening destination for extended-stay guests.

Renovated 148 typical guest rooms and 8 ADA-compliant rooms.
Enhanced key public areas, including the lobby, meeting rooms, and seating areas.
Upgraded the buffet, dining area, reception, public restrooms, and exercise room.
Constructed a brand-new bar.
Revitalized the employee break room.
Constructed new exterior wall and window for the new bar.
Installed lighting to illuminate the pergola and firepit.
