POK Construction renovated the Renaissance Fort Lauderdale West, a 149-room upscale Marriott property positioned in the western Broward County corridor. The project encompassed a full interior overhaul of guestrooms, lobby, bistro, fitness center, and meeting rooms, along with significant exterior improvements including building painting, full landscaping, and a new entrance porte-cochere. The addition of a fire pit and seating area created an inviting outdoor social space that complements the Renaissance brand's focus on local discovery and lifestyle experiences.
