The full-scope project covered guestrooms, lobby, dining, bar lounge, fitness center, meeting and event spaces, and the introduction of a new patio grill and seating area. The addition of a brand-new market and business center elevated the property's amenity offering for the extended-stay and corporate travel segments it serves.
