The scope required the full removal of existing ceiling texture, preparation of the rough concrete deck, and application of a new knockdown texture system, followed by priming and painting throughout. All FF&E was carefully protected and reinstated upon completion, minimizing operational disruption for a property serving one of Florida's most unique tourist destinations.
