The comprehensive scope included guestrooms, lobby, bistro, fitness center, meeting rooms, and a newly added fire pit and seating area. Exterior upgrades — building painting, full landscaping, and a reimagined entrance and porte-cochere — gave the property a dramatically improved first impression.
