The project aligned with Marriott's current-generation prototype refresh, covering guestrooms, ADA upgrades, lobby and bistro, meeting rooms, fitness center expansion, and a new fire pit and seating area. Exterior building painting and full landscaping upgrades gave the property a clean, modern curb appeal consistent with the brand's repositioning in the competitive South Florida market.
