"Reflecting on my journey..."
My name is Pablo Oleaurre, founder of POK Construction.
Reflecting on my journey from humble beginnings to where I stand today, I realize how fortunate I have been.
Since immigrating to the United States with dreams of a better future for my family and I, my path has been nothing short of transformative. I began my career in a construction firm specializing in hotel renovations and, through dedication and a relentless pursuit of excellence, rose to the executive level over a rewarding 22-year span.
Twenty-six years later, I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the top owners in the industry. I’ve lead and been part of teams that have renovated iconic hotel properties.
These experiences have enriched my professional journey affording me the privilege of contributing to some notable projects like the renovation of the Willard Intercontinental in Washington DC, the Swan and Dolphin Hotels in Walt Disney World, as well as the Double Tree Disney Springs. These projects were not just assignments; they were opportunities to showcase my commitment to quality and excellence in hospitality construction.
POK Construction is the culmination of my lifelong passion for leadership, an unwavering commitment to aesthetic excellence, and my deep-seated belief in quality.
